I tore my hamstring playing softball and this helped the recovery pros was so much. I couldn’t even bend over to put socks and shoes on…I soaked in this and the next day was bearable. I used it every other night for a week and then once a week after and in 3 weeks I have no pain and can walk briskly with no issues. I totally support and recommend this product!

How often should I be using?
Use up to 3 times per week. Should be used after a workout, but can be done in the evening - it does not need to be used immediately after a workout.
How long will it take to feel the recovery benefits?
You'll start to feel the initial benefits of reduced soreness and your body calming within the first 8-12 minutes while you're soaking. Soreness and discomfort will be dramatically reduced if any is felt at all the following morning.
What's the difference between strength & endurance formulas?
