Will reorder. No apparent benefits, but I like the idea and it’s definitely a placebo benefit if nothing else. I’d give this a 3.5 if I could.

What's the ingredient list?

How often should I be using?
Use up to 3 times per week. Should be used after a workout, but can be done in the evening - it does not need to be used immediately after a workout.
How long will it take to feel the recovery benefits?
You'll start to feel the initial benefits of reduced inflammation and your body calming within the first 8-12 minutes while you're soaking. Soreness and stiffness will be dramatically reduced if any is felt at all the following morning.
What's the difference between strength & endurance formulas?
Each soak is uniquely formulated to help speed up the recovery process depending upon the type of workout/training. For example, 1RM MAX for strength training recovery includes a blend of ingredients meant to increase the building of muscle cells.
